RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the extreme customization and personalization given to each item, there will be no returns or exchanges unless falling under the stipulations of a "remake" or "replacement" (read below for details pertaining to that).

REMAKE - REUSE OF HARDWARE

A discount off an item can be offered if reusing the collar/leash hardware of a current product (no designated time frame of use). (Discount is off the standard collar price and does not include any additions.)

This would be the same buckle/style/width/etc to the existing collar or the same snap to the existing leash. 

Changes can include any webbing color/thread color/text/size/etc. It does not need to be a copy of the original collar/leash. 

The customer would be responsible for any shipping fees in this instance. 

AMG is not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items.

Contact AMG via info@angrymelongear.com for information on where to ship your products and also let us know once you have shipped your package.

Please download and complete the RETURN FORM and include it with your item/s.

Once item/s are received, the contact information above will be used to notify and/or further discuss remake details.

ALTERATIONS AND CHANGES

You are responsible for entering the all correct text/spelling/colors/size/etc.

Any mistakes/changes noticed must be brought to my attention ASAP in order to be made correctly. Any changes requested after the order has begun production will accrue a ‘remake’ fee such as mentioned above. 

REPLACEMENTS DUE TO DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If the product is damaged in any way upon receiving it, contact us immediately, however, AMG is not responsible for normal wear and tear on collars, leashes, harnesses including but not limited to scratches/wear on hardware, material being chewed on, etc. 

Collar, leash, and harness safety is the responsibility of the owner.  All AMG products are made with quality materials but no item is indestructible.

If there is a mistake with your order due to an error I have made, I will remedy it as per the entered order details asap at no additional shipping costs to you. There, however, may be some slight color variation between colors online versus in person due to differences in computer/phone screens, colors from photographed items, or dye lots from the manufacturer. The same goes for the thread and digital proofs as well.  

Contact AMG via info@angrymelongear.com within 7 days of delivery and provide the order number, details of the issues, and photos.  

If required, please download and complete the RETURN FORM and include it with your item/s.

Once item/s are received, the contact information above will be used to notify and/or further discuss replacement details if needed.

REFUNDS

AMG gear is nonrefundable due to the customization of each and every item as well as gift cards and certificates. 

CANCELATIONS 

Cancelations can be made on a case-by-case basis as long as they are not in production or in pre-shipment.

They would, however, be subject to a 10% cancelation fee (total order price). 

COMMUNICATIONS

Messages are not as closely monitored over weekends and holidays and typically will not be answered until the next business day.

If there is a question/issue/etc regarding your order, you will be contacted via email (the one used to place the order). You will be contacted regarding your order as soon as possible (usually when it is getting ready for the prepping stage). 

Please respond as soon as possible to prevent any delays in making your item/s. 

If no response is received, you will continue to be messaged until there is communication established. During this waiting time, your order will be considered ’on hold’ and delayed.

If it reaches 2 months since the order date, or 1 month since last established contact, your order will be canceled and subject to the 10% cancelation fee (total order price) mentioned above.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item in the instance that it will be used for a 'remake.' Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us so a tracking number is recommended.

If you are shipping an item over $50, I suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

'RETURN TO SENDER' PACKAGES

You are responsible for the shipping fees for re-shipment of packages USPS marks as "return to sender" that I get back. 

Please double-check that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout/on your email confirmation. The address is automatically plugged in exactly as you have typed it in when I create the shipping label for your order. 

INTERNATIONAL FEES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Angry Melon Gear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is calculated according to Federal and State guidelines. It is based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Sales tax is collected only in the state of 'Texas', and the rates may vary according to the jurisdiction you are in.

COUPON CODES 

To redeem coupon codes, they must be entered prior to checkout. 

Coupon codes are not valid toward previous purchases, nor can they be applied once an order has already been placed. 

They cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. 

Sale items, gift cards/certificates, and images (custom requested, readily available, and custom digitizing images) are not subject to discounts. 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Many variables go into webbing/thread colors. 

Finished Products

  • The same color may appear drastically different depending on the background color that accompanies it as well as the item’s setting and surrounding context (including but not limited to neighboring colors, lighting conditions, size, etc). 

Digital Proofs

  • Digital images do not factor in things like the textures of the different materials which may slightly differ from the colors they are representing going from digitally vs real life. 

Photography

  • While I do my very best to represent colors accurately, photography isn’t an exact science, therefore colors may be slightly different in person when the setting and context changes.
