Default layout (with embroidery) for this collar would be for a dog that heels on the left side. If your dog heels on the right side, leave a note!

This collar can include links!

This collar is designed to be used with Genuine Chrome Herm Sprenger links (2.25mm, 3mm SHORT, or 3mm REG only). It may not work with other brands of Prong collars

Themed designs offer the same customization options in regards to colors, however, the design itself (text, font, images, etc) is already provided!
The design shown cannot be altered. Only colors can be chosen here!

These designs can be found on any of the listed theme collars, found Here

2.25mm links for dogs with short to medium coat types.
3mm (Reg & Short) links for dogs with long, thick, & heavy coat types.

Neck Size
Suggested # of links - 2.25 & 3mm SHORT
Suggested # of links - REG 3mm

Both 3mm options will stick out from the dog's neck and not be as "hidden" if the dog does not have the long, thick, and heavy coat needed to conceal the prongs.

I don’t recommend the regular 3mm link for collars smaller than 14” since there will be so few links.

Adding too many links to your collar can cause the collar not to be able to fit at all or not leave enough room for the martingale part of the collar to work effectively.

Adding too few links would cause a large part of the collar to be just the martingale and not leave much space for the links to be evenly distributed around the neck or to contact the dog's neck.

The number of links also can allow for more or less adjustability if the dog is growing/filling out, or if you’d be using the same collar for more than one dog.

Regular prong collars and Hidden Prong Collars are constructed differently and your regular/current number of links will not be the same number of links you'd use on a Hidden Prong Collar.

How many links you use on a regular prong collar will be more than how many you would use on a hidden prong collar.
