RETURN FORM
Visit the Policy page to see if your item/s qualify for any of the following: Remake, Replacement, Repair, or Alterations.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item in the instance that it will be used for a Remake, Alteration, or Repair (for items outside their warranty). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us so a tracking number is recommended.
If you are shipping an item over $50, I suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

COPYRIGHT RELEASE FORM
I will not digitize logos, artwork, etc unless given explicit permission with this form.
This would include items not currently available in an embroidery file type.

SPECIAL REQUEST FORM
While there are a handful of additional things I make that aren’t publicly advertised or have their on public listing on the website, they can still be accomplished. If these requests require any specific kind of material/hardware the customer would like to use then this form would be included in the shipment to me.
Worth noting that sometimes these “special requested” items may have an extended turnaround time (from the current turnaround time listed).
