As we approach the holiday season I would like to remind everyone of my order turnaround time.
As we get into the holiday season, I anticipate an increase in orders, which may lead to longer turnaround times.
Generally, orders during this time of year will extend past the normal turnaround time of approximately 1 month.
If there are any changes made to the estimated turnaround time, it will be posted on IG, FB, and the website.

Black Friday Orders:
There will be no cancelations in the form of refunds permitted after 1 hour of the order’s placement. Cancelations in exchange for store credit can still be offered as stated in the regular policies.
Different orders cannot be combined.
If you would like to make any type of change to your order, email me with your order number as well as the change/s you would like made.
Coupon codes must be entered prior to purchase. They are not valid towards previous purchases, nor can they be applies once an order has already been placed.
Sale items, giftcards/certificates, Herm Sprenger, Ecollar Tech, Dogtra, and images are not subject to discounts.

If you have any questions about your order, please email me directly. Social media messages can get buried quickly and are not reliable for tracking orders or customer requests. Email helps keep everything organized and ensures your questions are seen and answered promptly

For those custom images not available in the readily available image listing:
- Complete your purchase without the image
- but leave me a message or email including your order number and the image you had in mind and I can get those added.
Images are listed as ‘sale’ items so discounts do not apply to them.
Any possible delays will be avoided by notifying me ahead of time vs me finding the request when I am prepping your order.
